Rejected by a lover who refused to be seen with him in public or even invite him home, architect Jeffrey (Daniel Sauli) just cannot help himself when he discovers Rene’s address and finds out there’s a vacancy in his building. He charms the landlady Gladys (Patti D’Arbanville) into letting him have the place, all the better to observe his reluctant, would-be boyfriend. But who is stalking whom here? And is Jeffrey really such a milquetoast?

What begins as a Hitchcockian thriller turns into something else entirely once Jeffrey moves into the apartment and the building’s dark secrets are gradually revealed.
